The founders of the cleaning coop were tired of being exploited and mistreated at their cleaning jobs, so they started a coop of women who are the worker-owners of the business. They all participate in the establishment and growing of the business, and are taking their livelihood in to their own hands and at the same time creating great jobs for other women and positively impacting their families and the community as a whole.
